Trial is the monthly law journal of the American Association for Justice {“AAJ”), formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association (“ATLA”).  Its issue for December, 2017, is entitled “Protecting the Elderly”.

Id. at 14, 16.  Finally, “Failure to remain awake during transport” is a 2017 Minnesota $400,000.00 personal injury jury award.  Id. at 18.
